在非金属防腐蚀施工中,首先需要对被保护的金属进行表面处理。目前一般采用的处理方法有喷砂法、化学处理法等。这些方法都各有一定的优点,但也有其不足之处。为了对一些要进行检修而又不易拆装的设备进行防腐蚀施工的表面处理,并希望达到除锈效果较好而又简易实用的目的,我们采用了电解除锈处理方法。遵照毛主席关于“实践、认识、再实践、再认识”的教导,我们对一些简短报导电解除锈的资料,结合实际进行了多次试验,得到了较好的除锈效果。
In non-metallic anti-corrosion construction, the first need to be protected metal surface treatment. At present, the commonly used methods are sandblasting method, chemical treatment method. Each of these methods has its own advantages, but also has its disadvantages. In order to carry out surface treatment of anti-corrosion construction for some equipments that need to be overhauled and not disassembled easily, and we hope to achieve the purpose of better anti-rust effect and simple and practical, we adopt electrolytic rust treatment method. Following Chairman Mao’s teachings of “practice, understanding, re-practice and re-understanding”, we conducted a number of trials with brief reports on electrolytic rust removal and obtained better rust removal effects.
