高校地理教学、科研、实践三者本应该是互相促进、互相依赖的关系,但是在现实的高校中往往被割裂,地理教师往往为了应对三个被割裂的绩效目标疲于奔命,严重影响了教学、科研和实践的效果。运用共生理论理清高校地理教学、实践和科研的内在逻辑关系,进而探索可以使三者共存多赢的模式,最后初步探讨了高校地理教学导向型和地理科研导向型两种共生模式。
Geography teaching, research and practice in colleges and universities should have been mutually reinforcing and interdependent. However, in the actual colleges and universities, they are often fragmented. Geography teachers are often exhausted in response to the three fragmented performance targets, seriously affecting the teaching and research And the effect of practice. Using symbiotic theory to clarify the internal logic relationship between geography teaching, practice and scientific research in colleges and universities, and then to explore the three win-win coexistence model. Finally, this paper tentatively explores two kinds of symbiotic modes of geography teaching orientation and geography research oriented orientation.
