耐热输送带广泛应用于冶金、化工和建材等行业,主要用于输送高温固体物料,如烧结矿石、水泥熟料、石灰和焦炭等。国家标准GB/T20021-2005将耐热带分为T1、T2、T3、T4等4个等级,其试验温度分别为100℃、125℃、150℃、175℃,允许使用温度在175℃以下,而实际上我国冶金行业物料温度常在400℃~600℃,有时甚至在800℃以上,物料带红火,加之不同的使用环境,致使一般耐热输送带的覆盖胶及骨架材料难以承受较长
