目的从总体上把握中青年领导干部的人格特征。方法采用卡特尔16种人格因素测验(16PF),对杭州市213名中青年领导干部作了测量,并用SPSS软件对数据进行处理。结果中青年领导干部人格特征表现为情绪稳定成熟、开朗热情、自信沉着、理智现实、自律严谨、敢做敢为、适应良好等特点,但果断性、刚毅性、创造性并不突出。男性更内向独立、自信现实、情绪稳定,女性更外向、乐群、敏感。结论中青年领导干部的人格特征总体表现良好,这为设计简洁具体的心理测评项目提供了理论依据,以及为领导干部的培训、选拔和评估提供参考。
Objective To grasp the overall personality traits of middle-aged and young cadres. Methods Using 16 kinds of personality factors test (16PF) of cartel, 213 middle-aged and young leading cadres in Hangzhou city were measured and the data were processed by SPSS software. Results The personality characteristics of young and middle-aged leading cadres showed the characteristics of stable and mature emotions, cheerful enthusiasm, self-confidence and calm, rational reality, rigorous self-discipline, daring and daring, and good adaptability. However, their resoluteness, resoluteness and creativity are not prominent. Men are more independent, self-confident, emotionally stable, and women are more outgoing, happy and sensitive. Conclusion The overall performance of young and middle-aged leading cadres is generally good, which provides a theoretical basis for the design of simple and specific psychological evaluation projects and provides a reference for the training, selection and evaluation of leading cadres.
