从理论角度探索了跨国投资工程项目母公司与海外项目公司间管理控制的类型及其影响因素,通过梳理研究成果得出母公司控制模式分为目标控制、结果控制、社会控制等多个方面。同时,从股权、母公司资源贡献、母公司经验、母公司能力等母公司层面因素,项目对母公司重要程度、项目资源独立性、项目复杂度等项目层面因素,环境不确定性、文化距离等东道国环境层面因素三个角度出发,分析了对母公司控制模式选择的影响。
From the perspective of theory, this paper explores the types of management control between MNC parent companies and overseas project companies and their influencing factors. By combing the research results, it can be concluded that the parent company control mode is divided into several aspects: target control, result control and social control. At the same time, from the aspects of equity, parent company’s contribution to resources, parent company’s experience, parent company’s level of parent company, project’s importance to parent company, project resource independence, project complexity and other factors, environmental uncertainty, cultural distance And other environmental factors such as the host country from three perspectives, analyzed the impact of parental control mode selection.
