普通高中个性化发展是指在学生基本完成普通高中必修课程并获得全面发展的同时,根据学生的兴趣、爱好、个性、特长和发展需要而形成某种或某些办学特色且达到健康、和谐状态的普通高中的发展。它既区别于目前统一标准化高中的发展,又与目前处于初级阶段的特色高中的发展不同,是个性特色教育优化后的高级形式。普通高中的个性化发展不仅符合当今新课改中提及的创新精神,更具有鲜明的现实意义。一、个性化发展是“非重点”普通高中目前生存的迫切需要,也是长远发展的必由之路。
