2012年初,蒙古国一家公司需要我公司抗硫水泥,其技术指标在符合GB748-2005《抗硫酸盐硅酸盐水泥》技术要求的基础上,还要求混凝土具有较高的抗渗性、抗冻性、抗SO2-4离子浓度在2000mg/L以上的硫酸盐侵蚀性及耐久性等特性指标。其因有三:(1)该地区温差较大;(2)当地的砂石料碱度较高,使用过程中混凝土容易泌水产生离析、起沙、微裂纹等现象,从而影响工程质量;(3)地下水含SO2-4离子浓度较高,影响混凝土的耐久性。
