目的:掌握天津市公共场所监督管理现状,为天津市公共场所卫生监督工作提供科学依据。方法:通过文献研究法查阅专业领域书籍和文献,梳理汇总公共场所相关法律法规修订情况,通过访谈法了解各类公共场所卫生监督存在的问题及对策建议。结果:部分标准可操作性不强,部分违法行为认定难,自由裁量标准科学性有待提高。结论:规范公共场所从业人员行为,完善和修订公共场所卫生法律法规,加大违法行为查处力度,为今后对公共场所的监督管理提供借鉴和参考。 Objective: To master the status quo of supervision and management of public places in Tianjin and provide scientific basis for health supervision in public places in Tianjin. Methods: Through the literature research method, the author reviewed the books and documents in the field of specialization, combed the revision of the relevant laws and regulations in public places, and interviewed the law to understand the problems and countermeasures of health supervision in various public places. Results: Some standard operability is not strong, some of the illegal acts found difficult, scientific discretion to be improved. Conclusion: It is necessary to standardize the behavior of practitioners in public places, improve and amend the laws and regulations on public health, and increase the investigation and punishment of illegal activities, so as to provide reference and reference for the supervision and management of public places in the future.
