文中就我国公路工程建设市场经济转轨过程中公路工程招标投标存在的一些问题进行了剖析,提出了改进措施和对策,以保证工程建设市场的健康有序发展。 In this paper, some problems existed in bidding and bidding of highway engineering in the course of market economy transition of highway construction in our country were analyzed, and some improvement measures and countermeasures were put forward to ensure the healthy and orderly development of construction market.
