本文通过仿真分析研究了电控单体集成泵系统(IEUP)供油泵凸轮的动态特性;在Matlab/Simulink环境中采用模糊控制策略,设计模糊控制器,实现多体模型和模糊控制策略的集成控制,分析了影响电磁阀动态特性的工作参数;借助仿真软件Hydsim建立模型并对电控单体集成泵燃油喷射系统进行分析。通过对燃油喷射系统综合分析得到的参数及结论,为电控单体集成泵燃油系统的设计、优化以及对传统柴油机燃油喷射系统的改进提供技术理论支持。
In this paper, the dynamic characteristics of the feed pump cam of electronically controlled monomer integrated pump system (IEUP) are studied by simulation. The fuzzy control strategy is used in Matlab / Simulink environment to design the fuzzy controller to realize the integrated control of multi-body model and fuzzy control strategy The operating parameters that affect the dynamic characteristics of the solenoid valve were analyzed. Hydsim simulation software was used to establish the model and the fuel injection system of the integrated electric pump was analyzed. Through the comprehensive analysis of the fuel injection system parameters and conclusions obtained for the design and optimization of integrated fuel pump system and provide technical and theoretical support for the improvement of the traditional diesel fuel injection system.
