2009年以来,新医改投入近7万亿财政资金。其中,2015年财政投入约1.25万亿。要注意的是,财政投入只是卫生总费用中的一小部分。2015年全国卫生总费用预计达40 587.7亿元,人均卫生总费用2 952元,卫生费用占GDP的6.0%。虽然公立医院数量不到医院总数的一半,但却承担了80%以上的门诊量和住院。因此,大量财政资金和卫生总费用主要流向公立医院,医院收入占卫生总费用流向的53%左右。
Since 2009, the new medical reform has invested nearly 7 trillion yuan in financial resources. Among them, the financial investment in 2015 was about 1.25 trillion yuan. It should be noted that financial input is only a small part of the total health expenditure. In 2015, the total national health expenditure is estimated at 4.058770 trillion yuan, with a per capita total health expenditure of 2,952 yuan and a health expenditure of 6.0% of GDP. Although the number of public hospitals is less than half of the total number of hospitals, it takes more than 80% of the outpatient volume and hospitalization. Therefore, a large amount of financial funds and total health expenditure mainly flow to public hospitals, which account for about 53% of the total health expenditure.
