声誉管理是被我国国有工业企业长期忽视的一个管理领域。本文比较系统地阐述了声誉管理的必要性;简要回顾了我国国有工业企业声誉管理的发展与危机;指出了在国有工业企业声誉管理领域存在的诸多问题,并对如何在公众和企业之间建立起相互信任的关系,进而实现声誉管理目标提出了若干对策性建议。
Reputation management is a management field that has long been neglected by state-owned industrial enterprises in China. This article systematically elaborates the necessity of reputation management; briefly reviews the development and crisis of the reputation management of state-owned industrial enterprises in China; points out the many problems in the field of reputation management of state-owned industrial enterprises and how to establish them between the public and the enterprises. From the relationship of mutual trust, and then to achieve the goal of reputation management put forward a number of countermeasures.
