中学生如何高效提高短跑成绩

短跑是进行其他体育运动项目的基础,也是各类体育测试考查学生身体素质的重要项目之一,同时中学生正处于速度训练的关键期,因此如何更为高效提高中学生的短跑成绩显得尤为重要。作为学校从事多年体育高考训练工作的教师,培养了一批又一批特长生,对如何提高短跑成绩有一定的经验。下面就笔者的一些观点与同仁进行探讨交流。一、协调放松能力训练在训练中经常遇到许多学生跑起来不自然、动作不协调,全身肌肉紧张、僵硬、步幅小,后程减 Sprint is the basis for other sports and is also one of the most important items for examining students’ physical fitness in all kinds of sports tests.
