一、师生角色错位在教与学的对立统一关系中,教与学的矛盾是教学环节的基本矛盾。我们虽然对“以教师为主导,学生为主体”的课堂教学理念毋庸置疑,但是从实际的、常规的课堂教学过程来看,至今,课堂教学中还尚未真正改变传统的“以教师为中心”的现象,课堂上教师从头讲到尾,学生只是忠实的听众,忽略了学生的学(自主学习能力)。相反,有些教师利用新教材组织了一些以学生为主体的课堂教学活动,但是也只能说它是一种表象而已(突出地表现在公开课上),“花拳绣腿”没有实际的意义。
