2007年,是中国石油辽河石油勘探局落实科学发展观,实现“十一五”发展目标的关键一年。要实现中央提出的“又好又快”发展,首先是管理创新,尤其要创新营销网络模式,夯实企业发展的基础,以此提高市场营销水平和企业发展质量;其次就是整合资源,发挥企业整体竞争优势,积极开展市场营销,实现企业快速发展。
In 2007, it is a crucial year for PetroChina’s Liaohe Petroleum Exploration Bureau to implement the scientific concept of development and achieve the “Eleventh Five-year” development goal.
