1990年11月26日,秦岭脚下某机场。6000米高空上,邹延龄操纵着61吨重的运八C型机,正在进行一级试飞风险科目“大吨位失速’中难度最大的着陆状态失速试飞。飞机放下起落架,襟翼增大至35度。飞机开始减速,300、250、200公里……170公里!飞机飘摆、抖动起来,早已超过了设计失速界限,随时都有机毁人亡的危险,然而,为了取得第一手的宝贵资料,邹延龄镇定自若,命令机组:“各号位注意,密切协同,有突破的可能!”
