当前,我国经济发展水平越来越高,中国的城市化发展进程不断加快,随之而来的我国社会大众对于城市轨道交通的需求水平也越来越高。与此同时,社会经济水平的提升也带动了我国城市轨道交通发展。本篇文章立足于我国城市轨道交通发展的现实状况,针对我国城市轨道交通综合开发模式的分类以及特点进行叙述,并着重从建筑布局、消防设计以及客流组织等方面结合我国车站空间开发设计分类与方法进行了分析,希望本篇文章可以带给相关行业人员一些借鉴和思考,为我国城市轨道交通站点综合开发模式研究注入一些动力和活力。

This article based on the actuality of the development of urban rail transit in our country, describes the classification and characteristics of urban rail transit comprehensive development mode in our country, and focuses on the combination of China’s station space development and design classification with the aspects of building layout, fire protection design and passenger flow organization Method, and I hope this article can bring some reference and thinking to relevant industry personnel, and inject some momentum and vitality into the research on comprehensive development mode of urban rail transit stations in our country.
