2010年,深圳经济特区成立三十周年。深圳作为中国经济特区中最具代表性和最具活力的特区之一,三十年来取得了令人瞩目的伟大成就。从一个边陲小镇发展成为一个拥有几百万人口的国际化大都市。随着人民生活水平的不断提高和人才、土地、生态环境等资源的约束,深圳经济社会的发展正处于转型的关键时期,这与当年新加坡的发展阶段相似。本文以新加坡的发展阶段作为基点,比较了深圳和新加坡在发展阶段上所面临的同样问题,通过比较总结了深圳三十年来发展的经验并指出今后发展存在的挑战。最后提出了解决问题的方式、方法,为深圳未来的发展定位和方向提出自己的建议。
2010, the thirtieth anniversary of the founding of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone. As one of the most representative and dynamic SARs in China’s special economic zone, Shenzhen has made remarkable and remarkable achievements in the past 30 years. From a border town to an international metropolis with millions of people. With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards and the constraints of human resources, land, ecological environment and other resources, the economic and social development in Shenzhen is at a crucial period of transition, which is similar to the development stage of Singapore in that year. Based on Singapore’s development stage, this article compares the same problems faced by Shenzhen and Singapore in the development stage, compares and summarizes the experiences of Shenzhen over the past 30 years and points out the challenges in future development. Finally, it puts forward the ways and methods to solve the problems and puts forward my own suggestions for the orientation and direction of Shenzhen’s future development.
