高职院校旅游管理专业群建设是学院发展的重点打造项目。借助SWOT分析方法对辽宁经济职业技术学院旅游管理专业群现状进行分析,能够认清外在发展机遇和挑战、自身优势和不足,从而明确自身发展的方向,打造专业群核心竞争力:强化专业群特色,形成品牌效应;加强教师培养,提升教学质量;深化校企协作,完善“订单教育”;强化校内实训,培养职业经理人;提升团队协作,进行资源库建设。
The construction of tourism management specialty group in higher vocational colleges is the key project of the college development. By means of SWOT analysis, this paper analyzes the status quo of tourism management professionals in Liaoning Economic and Technical Institute and can recognize the opportunities and challenges of external development, and identify its own advantages and disadvantages so as to clarify the direction of its own development and create the core competitiveness of its professional groups. Strengthen the training of teachers and improve the quality of teaching; deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises, improve the “order education”; strengthen the training in schools, develop professional managers; enhance teamwork and resource pool construction.
