慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是一种以不完全可逆性气流受限为特点、病情呈进行性发展的呼吸系统常见慢性疾病[1-2]。COPD严重影响患者生活质量,随着病情迁延进展,多数患者出现生理健康的不断恶化,甚至丧失生活自理能力。由于活动范围受限,患者社会活动及人际交往逐渐减少。随着就医频次的增多,患者经济负担加重,家庭、社会地位也发生改变,患者容易出现自卑、沮丧、抑郁、焦虑等情绪障碍,甚至出现轻生倾向[3]。因此,开展对COPD患者生活质量的研究具有广泛的现实意义。本文就近年来对COPD患者生活质量评估的研究情况作一综述。
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a common chronic disease of the respiratory system characterized by incompletely reversible airflow limitation and progressive disease [1-2]. COPD seriously affect the quality of life of patients, with the progression of the disease progress, the majority of patients with deteriorating physiological health, or even loss of self-care ability. As the scope of activities is limited, patients’ social activities and interpersonal relationships gradually decrease. With the increase of the frequency of medical treatment, the economic burden of patients is aggravated, and the family and social status also change. Patients are prone to emotional disorders such as low self-esteem, depression, depression and anxiety, and even tend to be prone to suicide. [3] Therefore, to carry out the study of quality of life in patients with COPD has a wide range of practical significance. In this paper, we reviewed the research status of quality of life assessment in COPD in recent years.
