目的了解广东省深圳市中学生健康素养状况及其影响因素。方法采用多阶段抽样方法,使用自制问卷对全市14个学校2 316名学生进行问卷调查。结果深圳市中学生具备总体健康素养的人数为572人,比例为24.65%,具备基本健康知识和理念素养、基本健康生活方式与行为素养、基本健康技能素养的人分别为939、463、1 954人,比例分别为40.50%、20.03%和84.54%;多因素logistic回归分析显示,自评学习成绩是中学生总体健康素养的影响因素(OR=1.25,P<0.001),年级和自评学习成绩是中学生各维度健康素养(健康知识、行为和技能)的影响因素。结论深圳中学生健康素养水平不高,与自评学生成绩和年级等因素有关。
Objective To understand the status of middle school students’ health literacy and its influencing factors in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province. Methods A multi-stage sampling method was used to survey 2 316 students in 14 schools in the city using self-made questionnaires. Results The number of middle school students with total health literacy in Shenzhen was 572, accounting for 24.65%. The number of people with basic health knowledge, ideological literacy, basic healthy lifestyles and behavioral literacy, and basic health literacy were 939,463,1 954 (OR = 1.25, P <0.001). The results of grade and self-evaluation were middle school students Influencing factors of health literacy (health knowledge, behavior and skills) in all dimensions. Conclusion The level of health literacy of middle school students in Shenzhen is not high, which is related to the grade and grade of self-rated students.
