目的 建立感冒清热冲剂葛根素的测定方法。方法 采用薄层荧光扫描法 ,以甲醇为溶剂 ,超声处理样品 ,氯仿—甲醇—醋酸乙酯—水 (8.1 9.4 2 6 4)为展开剂 ,激发波长为 32 0nm单波长反射法线性扫描测定。结果 平均加样回收率为 1 0 0 .40 % ,RSD为 1 .5 3%。结论 薄层荧光扫描法可用于葛根素的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of puerarin, a cold-removing heat granule. Methods A thin-layer fluorescence scanning method was used. The sample was sonicated with methanol as solvent. Chloroform-methanol-ethyl acetate-water (8.1 9.4 624) was used as developing solvent. The excitation wavelength was 32 nm. Results The average recovery was 10.04.4% with an RSD of 1.53%. Conclusion Thin-layer fluorescence scanning method can be used for quality control of puerarin.
