目的检查亭湖区疾病预防控制中心实验室致病菌检测能力,提高实验室处理突发公共卫生事件的水平。方法参加2016年江苏省盐城市疾控中心组织的微生物实验室间比对,对质控样进行致病菌检测。结果编号A9牛奶样品中检出都柏林沙门氏菌,编号B9奶粉样品中检出阿伯丁沙门氏菌和单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌,比对结果均满意。结论通过这次室间比对,证明本中心具有检测致病菌能力。 Objective To examine the detection ability of pathogenic bacteria in the laboratory of Pavilion Center for Disease Control and Prevention in Tinghu District and improve the level of handling public health emergencies in the laboratory. Methods To participate in the comparison of microbial laboratories organized by Yancheng CDC in 2016 in Jiangsu Province, and to test the pathogenic bacteria for quality control samples. Results Salmonella durum was detected in A9 milk sample and Salmonella typhimurium and Listeria monocytogenes were detected in sample No. B9 milk powder. All the results were satisfactory. Conclusion This room comparison shows that the center has the ability to detect pathogenic bacteria.
