目的建立抑制型电导-离子色谱法快速测定矿泉水中碘离子的方法。方法以高容量亲水性阴离子交换柱IonPacAS22进行分离,抑制型电导检测碘离子。结果方法线性范围为0.01~10mg/L;检出限(S/n=3)为4μg/L,实际样品测定的相对标准偏差均小于3%,加标回收率在96.8%~102.4%之间。结论该方法具有简便快捷、分离效果好、仪器配置低等优点,适用于矿泉水中碘离子的快速分析。
OBJECTIVE To establish a rapid method for the determination of iodide in mineral water with suppressed conductivity-ion chromatography. Methods High-capacity hydrophilic anion exchange column IonPacAS22 was used for separation and iodide was detected by inhibition type conductivity. Results The linear range was 0.01-10 mg / L. The detection limit (S / n = 3) was 4 μg / L. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) were less than 3% and the recovery rates were between 96.8% and 102.4% . Conclusion The method has the advantages of simple and quick, good separation effect, low apparatus configuration, and is suitable for the rapid analysis of iodine in mineral water.
