对武夷四照花的光合生理特性进行研究,结果表明,其净光合速率在春、夏、秋3个季节均呈现双峰曲线形,光补偿点为46.10μmol·m-2·s-1,光饱和点为500μmol·m-2·s-1,属于阴性植物,不耐阳光直射,其生长需要一定的散射光;通径分析表明气孔导度对春、夏、秋3个季节的净光合速率影响最为明显,其次为相对湿度和蒸腾速率;叶片的光能利用率与气孔导度和相对湿度呈正相关。因此,为了提高光能利用率,应增加空气的相对湿度。
The photosynthetic physiological characteristics of four-flowering flowers in Wuyi were studied. The results showed that the net photosynthetic rate of the Wuyi four-flowered flowers presented a bimodal curve in spring, summer and autumn with a light compensation point of 46.10μmol · m-2 · s-1, Light saturation point of 500μmol · m-2 · s-1, belong to the negative plants, intolerant of direct sunlight, its growth requires some scattered light; Path analysis showed that stomatal conductance of spring, summer and autumn three seasons net photosynthesis The most obvious effect was the rate, followed by the relative humidity and transpiration rate. The leaf light utilization efficiency was positively correlated with stomatal conductance and relative humidity. Therefore, in order to improve the utilization of light energy, the relative humidity of the air should be increased.
