近年来,随着医改的不断深入和医疗行业市场化的发展,医院服务的内容和观念都发生了深刻的变化,医院人力资源管理也面临着越来越多的挑战和问题。只有实现人力资源的优化配置,将人员安排到适合的岗位,使有限的资源得到合理的利用,进而留住优秀人员并有效的开发,增强医院的竞争能力,使之更好地适应现在的社会环境。
In recent years, with the continuous deepening of medical reform and the marketization of the medical profession, profound changes have taken place in the contents and concepts of hospital services. Human resources management in hospitals is also facing more and more challenges and problems. Only by optimizing the allocation of human resources, arranging the personnel to suitable positions, using the limited resources reasonably, retaining the excellent personnel and effectively developing and enhancing the competitiveness of the hospital so as to better adapt to the present society surroundings.
