中国证券市场的开放进程问题已日益引起人们的关注,本文考察与中国相类似的新兴市场国家开放过程中的利弊,为中国证券市场逐步实现国际化提炼经验与教训。
The issue of the opening up of China’s securities market has drawn increasing attention. This article examines the pros and cons of opening up similar emerging markets in China and extracts experiences and lessons from the internationalization of China’s securities market.
