实训基地建设是职业学校专业建设的核心,是体现职业教育特色和优势的重要标志,是提高教学质量的重要手段,也是职业学校办学实力的重要体现。如何将传统的实训基地引入产业园区,建设成为开放性的实训基地,对职业学校持续发展及提升服务产业与社会经济发展能力具有重要意义。一、工业园区型实训基地的内涵工业园区型实训基地建设应具备以下几个要素。第一,产权主体必须是学校。学校对实训基地的房屋、设备拥有主导产权,无论企业投资的比例多大,学校对实训基地建设与管理必须具备支配权。
