1 病例资料 李××,女,68岁,因左下后牙痛5天来我科就诊。检查:+_5缺如,+_6(牙合)胎轻面龋,冷热刺激痛(++),探痛(+),叩痛(-),牙齿无明显松动,牙龈轻度萎缩,其它无异常发现。左下颌骨均无异常。预行开髓术,但患者路途较远,交通不便,不能按时复诊,要求回家治疗。6个月后,患者因“张口困难”再次来院就诊。+_6已于5个月前在乡村拔除。患者自述当时拔
