目的 :总结射频消融 (RFCA)治疗房室结折返性心动过速和房室折返性心动过速的经验。方法 :分析 67例阵发性室上性心律失常病人的RFCA过程 :房室结折返性心动过速 (AVNRT) 49例 ,房室折返性心动过速 (AVRT) 18例。结果 :消融成功率98 5 %,复发率 1 5 %,并发症发生率 2 98%。结论 :RFCA是治疗AVNRT和AVRT安全有效的方法
OBJECTIVE: To summarize the experience of radiofrequency ablation (RFCA) in treating atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia and atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia. METHODS: RFCA procedures in 67 patients with paroxysmal supraventricular arrhythmias were analyzed: 49 cases of atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia (AVNRT) and 18 cases of atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia (AVRT). Results: The success rate of ablation was 98.5%, the recurrence rate was 15% and the complication rate was 98%. Conclusion: RFCA is a safe and effective method for the treatment of AVNRT and AVRT
