Navelbine (NVB) is a semisynthetic vinca alkaloid that acts mainly on mitotic microtubules and has less neurotoxicity on axon microtubules [1] and is considered to be an effective and safe anti-cancer drug . Due to its unique mechanism of action that blocks the polymerization of tubulin, we performed a combination of NVB and radiotherapy to inhibit proliferation in vitro in a human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line (CNE)
