脚手架结构是现代建筑工程施工中必要的辅助项目,其中工字钢悬挑式钢管脚手架结构是工程中应用最为广泛的脚手架结构。由于工字钢悬挑式钢管脚手架结构的广泛应用,其安全性及稳定性直接关系到建筑项目的质量及效益。当前出现的多起建筑安全事故问题,不乏由于脚手架结构设计不合理而导致搭建过程中出现坍塌事故,给工程施工带来了严重的干扰。本文从悬挑式钢管脚手架结构的实际运用出发,探讨其设计中的过程的要点,并针对设计中存在的问题提出相应措施,以期为实际工程提供一定的参考。
Scaffolding structure is a necessary auxiliary project in the construction of modern construction, in which I-beam cantilevered steel scaffolding structure is the most widely used scaffolding structure in the project. Due to the wide application of I-beam cantilevered steel scaffolding structure, its safety and stability are directly related to the quality and efficiency of construction projects. The current emergence of multiple building safety accidents, there are many due to the irrational structure of the scaffolding construction led to the collapse of the construction process, to the construction has brought serious interference. Based on the practical application of cantilever steel tube scaffolding structure, this paper discusses the key points of the process in design and puts forward some countermeasures for the problems existing in the design, in order to provide some reference for practical engineering.
