5.流量控制阀流量控制阀是依靠改变阀口通流截面积的大小或通流通道的长短来改变液阻,控制通过阀的流量,达到调节执行元件运行速度的目的。常用的流量控制阀有普通节流阀、调速阀等。 (1)普通节流阀普通节流阀的结构如图20所示,这种节流阀的节流通道是呈轴向三角槽式。油液从进油口P1流入,经孔道a和阀芯2左端的三角槽进入孔道b,再从出油口P2流出。通过调节手柄4使推杆3推动阀芯2作轴向移动,改变节流口的通流截面积来调节流量,阀芯2在弹簧1的作用下始终贴紧在推杆3上。
5. Flow control valve Flow control valve is to rely on changing the size of the valve orifice through the flow cross-section or the length of the flow passage to change the fluid resistance, control the flow through the valve to achieve the purpose of regulating the operating speed components. Commonly used flow control valves are ordinary throttle, speed control valve. (1) Ordinary Throttling Valve The structure of an ordinary throttle valve is shown in Fig. 20. The throttle passage of this type of throttle valve is in the form of an axial triangular groove. Oil from the inlet port P1 into the hole through the a and the valve spool 2 triangular slot into the b, and then out of the oil outlet P2. By adjusting the handle 4, the push rod 3 pushes the spool 2 for axial movement and changes the flow cross-sectional area of the throttle to regulate the flow rate. The spool 2 is always in close contact with the push rod 3 under the action of the spring 1.
