本文研究了8Cr_2MnWMoVS硫系易切削模具钢中加入稀土元素后硫化物形态的变化情况。在ZG-10B型中频真空感应炉内进行了试验。试验工作主要是研究添加不同量的混合稀土金属后,钢中硫化物形态的类别及其与钢的横向性能之间的关系。 试验结果表明,在未加混合稀土的钢中,硫化锰沿加工方向呈带状分布;添加混合稀土金属后,钢中硫化物呈短棒状或球状,从而使钢的横向性能得到改善。
In this paper, the changes of the morphology of sulfide in 8Cr_2MnWMoVS sulfur-free cutting tool steel with rare earth elements were studied. ZG-10B type IF induction furnace was tested. The main work of the experiment is to study the types of sulfide forms in steel after adding different amounts of mixed rare earth metals and their relationship with the transverse properties of steel. The experimental results show that in the unadjusted rare earth steel, the manganese sulphate distributes along the processing direction in a zigzag pattern. After the mixed rare earth metal is added, the sulphides in the steel are short rods or spheres, so the lateral performance of the steel is improved.
