农村学校要改变校本教研规模小、内容单调、形式单一、引领薄弱等方面的不足,就要向校际间教研共同体转型,利用教研共同体校本性、实践性、合作性和共享性等优势,通过建立校际间教研共同体工作机制、合作机制、评价机制以及开展行之有效的教研活动来提高教师的教研能力,实现校际间教研共同体整体教研水平的提升,促进教育均衡发展。 In order to change the shortcomings of school-based teaching and research, monotonous content, single form and leading weakness, rural schools should make a transition to the inter-school teaching and research community and make use of the advantages of school-based community, practicality, cooperation and sharing, The establishment of inter-school teaching and research community inter-school working mechanism, cooperation mechanism, evaluation mechanism and carry out effective teaching and research activities to improve the teaching and research ability of teachers to achieve the inter-school teaching and research community as a whole to enhance the level of teaching and research, and promote balanced development of education.
