目的 探讨外科手术建立急性肝功能衰竭猪模型的麻醉实施及术中管理。方法 对实验猪行经口气管插管全吸入麻醉。结果 猪的气管插管有其自身特点。术中门静脉 ,肝下下腔静脉阻断期间血流动力学波动较大。结论 对实验猪行非肌松插管是可行的。良好的外科技术和维持门静脉、肝下下腔静脉阻断期间循环稳定是肝功能衰竭猪模型手术成功的关键
Objective To investigate the implementation of anesthesia and intraoperative management in the establishment of acute liver failure pig model by surgery. Methods The experimental pigs were anesthetized by total inhalation via oral intubation. Results Pig tracheal intubation has its own characteristics. Intraoperative portal vein, subhepatic inferior vena cava during hemodynamic fluctuations. Conclusion It is feasible to use non-muscle relaxation cannula in experimental pigs. Good surgical techniques and maintenance of the portal vein and circulation during subhepatic inferior vena cava are the key to successful surgical success in pigs with liver failure
