遵嘱拜读送来的《中国安全生产史(初稿)》,感到是一本好书。好在构架系统全面,史料脉络清晰,内容具体详实,说理充分可信。总的看,本书记叙了党和国家领导尤其是习近平总书记对安全生产的一系列重要指示;涵盖了安全生产的理论、方针、体制、法制、政策、科技、文化等要素;列举了煤矿安全、应急救助、事故处置、职业卫生等重点,是一本好的安全生产史记、教科书、工具书。有一点遗憾,企业是安全生产的主体,企业在长期实践中,有实践、有经验、有创新,也有教训、有问题、有差距。如果能单写一章更好,更显中国特色,但可能来不及了。就《初稿》内容有三点建议,请参考。
