肾盂肾炎和膀胱炎的治疗和预后都有很大的不同,故无论在医疗上和科研上,对每1例泌尿道感染(简称尿感)作出定位诊断,都很有必要。鉴于国内仍未有这方面的报告,本文试从临床表现的角度,对此问题作一讨论。
Pyelonephritis and cystitis treatment and prognosis are very different, so both in the medical and research, every 1 case of urinary tract infection (referred to as urinary tract) to make a diagnosis of positioning, are necessary. In view of the fact that there is no such report yet in our country, this article tries to discuss this issue from the perspective of clinical manifestation.
