在 1 979年～ 1 986年福建扩大国有企业自主权改革中 ,整个改革过程可分为探索、突破、全面落实三个阶段。在每一阶段的改革中 ,福建省委、省政府发挥了推动、引领改革的关键作用 ;而作为企业改革主体的厂长 (经理 )群体也显示了自身的力量。扩大国有企业自主权的改革 ,具有冲击传统计划经济体制、增强企业活力、强化社会改革意识等方面的意义 In the reform of expanding the ownership of state-owned enterprises in Fujian Province from 1979 to 1986, the entire reform process can be divided into three stages of exploration, breakthrough and full implementation. In each stage of reform, the Fujian Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government played a key role in promoting and leading the reform.
