目的通过优化办理入院手续的流程,缩短办理入院等候时间,方便患者,提高患者满意度。方法取消办理入院手续的中间环节—接诊室,合理维护HIS系统,简化程序,统筹规划科室。结果办理入院手续的时间明显缩短,提高了工作效率。结论在医院持续改进过程中要充分利用现代管理理念和科技手段整合多方资源,统筹管理,“以患者为中心”改进服务管理。
Objective By optimizing the procedure for admission procedures, shorten the waiting time for hospital admission, facilitate patients and improve patient satisfaction. Methods to cancel the admission process for the middle part of - the admissions room, reasonable maintenance of HIS system, simplify procedures, co-ordinate the planning department. Results The time for admission procedures was significantly shortened, improving work efficiency. Conclusion In the process of continuous improvement in the hospital, we should make full use of modern management concepts and scientific and technological means to integrate multi-resources and manage them as a whole, and improve patient management.
