云南省昭通市委老干部局高度重视老干部社会组织工作,采取有效措施,引导老干部社会组织发挥积极作用,丰富广大离退休干部精神文化生活需要。积极引导和推动老干部社会组织负责人和专业人才队伍建设。推选德高望重、具有较大社会影响力和丰富团队管理经验的离退休老干部担任社会组织主要负责人;建立“负责人培养、选拔、任免制度”;采取多种措施为社冈吸纳和培养专业人才。根据会员的兴趣、爱好、特长和自身需求等情况,建立老干部人才库,吸收有知识、有经验、有特长的如书法、绘画、指挥、音乐、编舞等专业人士加入到老干部社会组织中。
