100多年前,通海县有一个乡下木匠,一辈子以雕门为生。据说他雕的门曾被精明人买到香港,卖入欧洲,作为在东方深山古城发现的珍宝,藏于某博物馆中,与外国大帅的作品同处一室。这就是云南通海县河西镇人高应美的传奇人生。我在1998年年末知道这个通海天才木匠的故事,3个月后,我再访通海县,与通海的朋友、杨家荣和陈川一道采访,我们的调查将使一段始于1861年的故事从杞麓湖深广冰凉的湖下缓缓浮起,一个民间木雕艺人诡异奇幻的人生,将在时光的召唤下重现。
100 years ago, Tonghai County, a country carpenter, a lifetime to carving a living. It is said that the door of his carved vase was bought by Hong Kong in a savvy manner and sold to Europe as a treasure trove of ancient cities in the east. It was hidden in a museum and shared with a foreign mansion. This is the legendary life of Gaoxingmei in Hexi Town, Tonghai County, Yunnan Province. I learned the story of this gifted carpenter by the end of 1998. Three months later, I interviewed Tonghai County again to interview Tongchuan’s friends, Yang Jialong and Chen Chuan. Our survey will make a story from 1861 Luhu deep lake under the broad and deep floating slowly, a folk carving artist strange and fantastic life, will be called back in time to reproduce.
