研究了曲柄群驱动机构中各个运动副处的间隙问题。曲柄群驱动机构是一种新兴的传动机构,为了保证机构的加工精度,使机构能够正常运转,防止产生装配应力,运动副处必须留有间隙。但是间隙的存在会对机构产生很多不利影响,这就需要寻求可以减小其影响的方法。实际应用中,可以根据需要选择适宜的轴的支撑组合型式,进行转动副的合理设计与配置,注意改善摩擦和润滑条件,并通过计算选取合理的运动副间隙,综合运用以上各种方法以减小运动副间隙的影响。
