目的筛选止痛贴膏中渗透促进剂的种类和用量。方法以大鼠腹部皮肤为透过介质,采用改良Franz扩散池法,以止痛贴膏中主要有效成分欧前胡素的累积透过量为指标,对多种不同配比、不同用量的渗透促进剂进行对比实验。结果 5%处方量的氮酮-NMP(1∶1)作为渗透促进剂,欧前胡素的皮肤透过量最高。结论渗透促进剂的种类、用法及用量均对止痛贴膏中有效成分的透皮量有较大的影响,应充分优化选择。
Objective To screen the types and dosage of penetration enhancers in analgesic patches. Methods The abdominal skin of rats was used as the permeating medium. The modified Franz diffusion cell method was used to determine the cumulative permeation rate of Imperatorin, the main active ingredient in analgesic paste, and the effects of various infiltration rate enhancers Compare experiments. Results 5% of the prescription dose of Azone-NMP (1: 1) as a penetration enhancer, imperatorin skin penetration is the highest. Conclusion The types, usage and dosage of penetration enhancers all have great influence on the transdermal amount of active ingredients in analgesic patches, and should be fully optimized and selected.
