为了克服开关设备人工巡检工作中存在的实时性差、工作效率低、不规范统一等问题,设计了一种基于RFID射频识别、GPRS无线网络、网络计算机等技术的开关设备智能巡检系统。该系统通过GPRS无线网络架构将开关设备现场巡检采集的RFID数据信息,实时传输到后台管理系统,便于监管人员动态掌握设备运行工况和科学制定安排巡检维护工作,为开关设备状态检修和缺陷管理提供重要参考依据。系统的成功运用,实现了开关设备巡检的在线、无纸化、可视化作业,能够实时掌握开关设备运行工况,对设备进行在线监测和预警评估,为开关设备“规范化、标准化、信息化”巡检和检修维护提供重要的技术基础。
