F_6H_8治疗复杂性视网膜脱离的疗效观察

探讨全氟己基正辛烷 (F6H8)对复杂性视网膜脱离的治疗效果。方法 :复杂性视网膜脱离患者 8例 8只眼 ,行标准三切口经睫状体平坦部玻璃体切除及F6H8填充术 ,随访 3月以上。结果 :F6H8注入及取出方便 ,术中能顺利展平视网膜 ,促使视网膜复位。晶体后囊后出现白色碎屑样物质沉着 ,取出F6H8后可逐步消退。术后 1月 ,8例中仅 2例视网膜仍保持平伏 ,其余病人均发现上方视网膜脱离 ,并有视网膜新裂孔产生。术后 36~5 8天取出F6H8。结论 :F6H8是一种比较理想的眼内液体操作工具 ,但对视网膜具有一定的机械毒性和化学毒性 ,目前尚不能用于眼内长期填充。 To investigate the therapeutic effect of perfluorohexyl n-octane (F6H8) on complex retinal detachment. METHODS: Eight patients (8 eyes) with complicated retinal detachment underwent standard vitrectomy and F6H8 filling of the transected ciliary body. The follow-up was over 3 months. Results: F6H8 injection and removal of convenience, intraoperative smooth flattening the retina, to promote retinal reattachment. Crystalline posterior capsule appeared white debris-like material calm, remove the F6H8 can gradually subsided. At 1 month after surgery, only 2 of the 8 patients remained equatorial, and the remaining patients were found to have detachment of the upper retina and a new retinal tear was produced. 36 ~ 58 days after the removal of F6H8. Conclusion: F6H8 is an ideal ophthalmic fluid manipulator. However, it has some mechanical and chemical toxicity to the retina and is not yet available for long-term intraocular filling.
