当前,中央提出了落实科学发展观、构建社会主义和谐社会的重大战略。民政部门,作为社会管理的重要部门,要尽快适应新形势、新任务的要求,更好地履行社会管理职能,充分发挥作用,就必须有一支高素质的队伍。民政干部培训是民政部门人力资源开发的主要内容,是切实提高民政干部素质,形成民政人才资源优势的重要途径。 At present, the Central Government has proposed a major strategy for implementing the scientific development concept and building a socialist harmonious society. As an important department of social management, the civil affairs departments must have a high-quality team as soon as possible to meet the requirements of the new situation and new tasks, to better perform their social management functions and to give full play to their functions. The training of civil affairs cadres is the main content of human resources development in civil affairs departments and is an important way to effectively improve the quality of civil affairs cadres and form the advantages of human resources for civil affairs.
