本文用二元线性回归计算法,对含有稳定剂的1％CTP注射液(三磷酸胞苷)的动力学实验数据进行统计处理,得到了以下结果:在室温下分解25％所需贮存期为t_(0.75)(25℃)=64Month,室温下的速度常数为K_(0.75)~(25℃)=6.2502×10~(-6)h~(-1)、标准差为б=0.1524、相关系数为R=0.9687(α=0.05)。
