一、前言近来,有许多兄弟厂前来我厂索取有关磷酸盐处理的资料,现将我厂一年来生产中所出现的问题作一报道,以供同志们参考。磷酸盐处理,是我厂在本年度承制仿苏650型油压钻机后开始施行的一个新工艺。开始时,我们对磷酸盐处理不够了解,曾企图用工业黑化来加以取代。后来经过研究,发现二者的区别如表1。通过表1的比较,结合650型油压钻机的使用条件和性能要求,我们认为选用磷酸盐处理是十分优越的。二、磷酸盐处理的实质和目的磷酸盐的处理过程,是由金属和两氮磷酸盐相互作用而形成的。这一过程与两氢磷酸盐的水解程度有关。两氢磷酸盐的水解过程如下:
I. Foreword Recently, many Brother factories came to our factory to obtain information on phosphate treatment. Now we report the problems that have emerged in our factory over the past year for reference by our comrades. Phosphating treatment is a new process that our factory started to carry out after the model 650 oil drilling machine was approved this year. Initially, we did not know enough about phosphating and we tried to replace it with industrial blackening. Later, after research, we found that the difference between the two is shown in Table 1. By comparing Table 1, combined with the use of 650 hydraulic rig conditions and performance requirements, we believe that the choice of phosphate treatment is very advantageous.
