本文计算分析三种外墙外保温系统在温差作用下,沿墙体厚度温度场的分布规律及产生的应力、变形等物理量。结果表明:在保证内外墙主体传热系数及保温板厚度相同的情况下,三种保温系统均满足强度要求,其中聚氨酯外墙外保温系统保温性能最优,墙体变形量最小。
This article calculates and analyzes the distribution law of the temperature field along the thickness of the wall and the stress, deformation and other physical quantities of the three external wall thermal insulation systems under the temperature difference. The results show that the three kinds of heat preservation systems meet the strength requirements while ensuring the same heat transfer coefficient and the thickness of the heat insulation board. Among them, the thermal insulation performance of polyurethane exterior wall insulation system is the best and the deformation of the wall is the smallest.
